Energy Is Everything!

Today, I want to talk to you about the amount of energy you should bring to your daily life and each encounter – phone calls and meeting.

Because, the amount of energy you display by how you move, how you speak and everything you do will always make a difference in your results.  Basically, the more positive energy you display, the more success you will have. 

Let me give you a simple example – the other day, I was doing a mentoring session with one of my agents.  He was calling potential buyers for a class A apartment building we have a pocket listing on where the owner will sell if he can get a market + plus price based on the current rents. But, since rents can be increased, there is a value add component for the buyer.

I asked him to tell me what he was saying to buyers — He was calling buyers saying “I got this potential deal, it’s a little overpriced for the rents but it’s a nice, class A, turn-key building, would you be interest in buying it? 

Here is my approach – hey Jim, I got a great class A building, below market rents, value add, awesome location – would you like to take a look at the numbers?

See the difference?  I guarantee you will get better results if you bring your “A” game energy to every encounter with a buyer or seller.  In fact, bringing energy to each and any of your daily activities will simply make you more successful at everything you do.
