Who am I?

 Simply stated, I am a well-known and nationally recognized expert in real estate investing and taxation, who speaks at dozens of real estate investor meetings and events every year. I have been an active real estate investor for over 20 years and a real estate agent/broker for my own investments. In 2020, I began brokering apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, and shopping center deals for my clients with a team of two agents locally in CT. It has been a very successful experiment that proves our concept of matching our buyers with listings. Beginning in 2022, we are expanding the team both in Florida and on a national level!

How Did I Get Started?

My love of real estate investing and commercial real estate started 30 years ago when I was working as a Certified Public Accountant for a large regional accounting firm in Boca Raton, Florida where I grew up. Working with real estate investors and developer clients allowed me to learn real estate investing the right way – through the eyes of some of the most successful people in the game.

In 2002, my closest high school friend and I began a partnership buying investment properties – single-family houses and small multi-family apartment buildings. Over the past 20 years, I have been personally involved in hundreds of rental properties, rehab properties, commercial, multi-family residential, rental properties, self-storage, mobile home parks, office buildings, and shopping centers.  

Along the way, I got my real estate agent license, then my real estate broker’s license. 

What Am I Doing Now?

I am currently licensed as a real estate broker in both Connecticut and Florida. But, as a broker-associate and team leader at eXp Commercial, I can help agents all over the United States build their real estate businesses.

I run a boutique CPA firm specializing in the taxation of real estate investments based in Fairfield, CT. The firm has hundreds of qualified real estate investor clients who all have one problem – sourcing great real estate deals to add to their portfolios. To solve that problem, I am building a national team of qualified real estate agents who want to make big money sourcing and selling commercial investment properties – apartment buildings, shopping centers, self-storage, mobile home parks, and more!
